Sarah Phoenix

Sarah Phoenix is a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and owner of Awakened Phoenix Healing, LLC. She started working at The Ohio State University Medical Center as a nurses aide at 19 years old while she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Sara McNeil graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Business Psychology. She began her career as a therapist in a local treatment center helping others on their path to recovery.

Tessa Ryan
PMHNP-BC, CNP, RN, MSN
Tessa Ryan is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at the University of Toledo and went on to complete her Master of Science in psychiatric mental health nursing at Ohio University.

Elena Pierce
Elena Pierce is an administrative assistant at Awakened Phoenix Healing and a student at The Ohio State University. She is working towards her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a Communications minor in Media and Society, which she will complete in May of 2026. She has been working in administrative assistance since 2021 and she got her Clinical Laboratory Assisting Certificate in May 2022.
